I recently just start taking birth control. As instructed i started on the morning of my period. Usually before i started taking the pill, my length would last 6 days. It is now 9 days and im still bleeding? is that average or should i stop taking them?

You may need a different pill. All women's chemistry is different and you may need a differnent dosage of the hormones within the pill. Make sure you are consistently taking the pill every day and at the same time to avoid prolems.

Periods go on for the longest times it seem like! But, yes! 9 days is normal. Some girls' period last for a whole month! Now, that's not usual... that's something serious.
