Based on your symptoms and what you wrote, I would recommend that you should see another doctor/gynaecologist for a second feelings and if nothing is found that you see a gastroenterologist just to rule out any serious GI cause.

Definitely continue to monitor it, especially if your family have a history of ovarian cysts or cancer. You should also be aware it may not be your ovaries, there are alot of organs nearby, including your kidneys, which are in the neighbourhood by and could be causing pain you misinterpret as ovary strain.
