i had them when i be younger! most of the tests are entirely painless... ultrasounds don't hurt at all. they did take my blood, but one and only once, and that doesn't really hurt. then they put me on the birth control pill since they seem to help regulate cysts. i enjoy been cyst-free for 5 years! you definitely want to have it checked out though, because waiting too long is both scratchy and dangerous to your ability to have children sometime!

When I had ovarian cysts.I was 17 years old-fashioned...I was so embarressed to tell my parents and go to the doctor. But when I go I felt so much weight off of my shoulders. My doctor feel my lower abdomin and asked if this hurt/that hurt...and then he had me lay down and he felt inside of me. That be very wierd/embarressing but he told me that it was going to be fast. It be sortof fast but wasn't too bad. He then sent me to obtain an ultra sound.
I got 2 different ones. it was on alike day so that was fine. They told me to get undressed from the waist down and you acquire a gown on and then the tech comes in. for the first ultra sound you enjoy to have a full bladdar. the ultrasound tech will use an outside the body thing and look at you. Then you will go to the bathroom and you will slide down the table and they will run a "wand" type thing and they will have you or they will insert it into your vagina. if they have you do it you only just have to get it penetrated inside of you and they will take over from at hand. you are completely covered and the tech will just check and see if its in the right spot.

the ultrasound takes in the order of 30-45mins for the first one. then depending upon what they find, your doctor will take action. For me they have me just go back surrounded by 2 months and get another ultrasound. The 2nd ultra sound took about 15-20mins.
I completed up needing birth control to reduce the size of them. I go for ultrasounds every 6 weeks so I am getting used to them...

Dont be embarresed. If they burst that can be severely bad. Just get it checked out!
