I can't appear to sleep on my time!?

Whenever I have my period, (last night), I sleep HORRIBLE. I get up up in cold sweats, and can't seem to budge back to sleep. Last night for instance, I woke up sweating, and when I get up I thought I had peed myself or leaked my thighs be so wet. My room was really cool and I'm not sick. I don't want to own to take some type of tyelnol/midol other type of pill for this. Any ideas on how to take better sleep?

Answers:    So you don't want any meds, idk. Advil PM is best for sleeping if you ever want to try pills..
In discussing this issue with my aunts, I was unusually discovered beside my response: During my ms I usually sleep tons. Apparently my aunts don't sleep 2-3 days before their ms. This shocked me as I sleep 24/7 pre ms. It all depends upon how our bodies respond to the ms. clutch a normal paracetamol before you shift to bed it helps with the sweats
