I began developing breasts around the age of 15 and just never get any breast reduction surgery. Mainly because of the fact that I own no health insurance and it is too expensive for such a surgery. On another note, I hold learned to live with have breasts.

Insurances do NOT cover plastic surgery because it's considered cosmetic surgery. Having breasts is not going to kill you like cancer will. That's the style the insurance companies see it.

I have to wear a bra while I exercise. I don’t have much breast nouns, but my breasts are pretty sensitive to repetitive movements such as bouncing. Such as those experienced during high impact exercises such as running or hiking.

When I first saw a doctor about my problem, she told me that men own the same breast tissue as women. Just like women, some men’s breast tissue can be sensitive to bouncing and specifically true regardless of your breast size. For example, there are some women with incredibly small breasts who are very sensitive to these forms of movement. On the other hand, nearby are some women with very full-size breasts that aren’t. When it comes to size and sensitivity, you can be anywhere in between the two extremes.

Now, you have to deduce my breast have always be sensitive to these bouncing movements. They are as sensitive now that I’m considered 14 pounds overweight (according to normal weightiness to height ratios) as they were when I be REALLY skinny with very little body stout. My doctor suggested for me to wear it either full time or at least during such accomplishments and I have to say that they do minister to a lot.

Whether you want to wear one or not it's up to you. It's all going on for your own comfort and not that of the idiot looking at you realizing that you are wearing a bar. Hey, those idiots already look at your strange, whether you are wearing a bra or not.

Gynecomastia is a medical condition. MEDICALLY SPEAKING, there is NO REASON why women have to wear bras. It's almost look, feel, fashion, support, comfort, femininity, sexuality, etc. Socially speaking, men near breasts get made fun of now. How do you regard people will react if you tag on a bra to the mix? C'mon! If you're wanting to cross dress, just admit it and jump for it. But as a normal everyday guy who happens to hold boobs, there is no reason to wear a bra.

BY THE WAY ... a tight fitting spandex shirt (like the ones bicyclists wear) would serve equal purpose of "minimizing" your boobs as would a sports bra. And it would do so without showing the tale enlighten straps, lines, etc.

anyways...dont wear a padded bra or a bra that woman usual wear cus it actually might cause ur boobs look bigger.
try a sports bra and a tight undershirt under ur regular baggier t-shirt so its not as noticeable.

mayb you should try conversation to your doctor about it...maybe you could return with insurance or figure somthing out to where its not too expensive...i dont know collaborate to your doctor.
