I was taking antibiotics last week for a UTI and I finished them Monday passed. I know it's recommended to loaf 7 days after you finish the antibiotic to have sex again if you're just using the pill for contraception (which I am) but I be wondering if I waited 5 days after instead of 7 would I be at a huge risk. My boyfriend doesn't ejaculate inside of me and we were planning on picking up some morning after pills. Do you regard as it'd be safe if we only wait 5 days instead of 7?

My doctor always told me to use another form of birth control for the rest of my cycle when I was on antibiotics. Better undisruptive than sorry.
