so like my teachers hold this thing where if you don't confer them a specific reason why you missed class that day, they won't make a contribution you any credit for the work due that day. both my parents work so they can not drop off my hwk.
so i missed class because i be on my period and had the worst cramps ever (i could not sit up and nil would help at all)
so how do i tell my teacher that i missed school.
i don't really want to tell them that i be on my period.
and when you tell them that you be sick they ask you what you had.
if i told them that i had really discouraging cramps would they automatically think that i was on my time?

These are all pretty clear, yet also pretty ill-defined. I do agree that your parents could write a note, though, because if a teacher hear you saying that, they might just mull over you were joking around. Periods ARE personal. NOBODY basically up and announces to the world that they're bleeding. At the same time, don't feel red about it.but I can sympathize with you because I am one of the society who thinks that teachers don't requirement to know everything about you, because we don't know everything about them.
And I also agree that if it's terribly bad cramps, and if that happens every month, you should move about to the doctor about that. There are natural remedies, such as foods & vitamins & exercises that can straightforwardness cramps. So, you can research that & you can ask your doctor but the reason it's important to shift to the doctor is because pain is indicative of change contained by your body, (and as we know, change can be good or transformation can be bad) and if there's something wrong, the doctor should be able to tell you.

Yeah, when a girl say "cramps" that's basically the first thing a character assumes. Don't worry about it and in recent times say you had hideous cramps...it'll probably work out better than if you had had a cold or something. The womanly teachers will sympathize and the male teacher will be too uncomfortable to argue about it.
