How do I gain rid of side cramps while running?
I have be doing morning runs,and stretching for 10 minutes before I do, and yet, in the past I reach 1/2 a mile, my side starts to hurt really bad similar to cramps.
I don't want this to affect me, so how do I make it so it doesn't?

-being out of shape
- individual dehydrated
- gulping down too much water/gaterade ect. right befor running
- "female needs" .
