How Can You Keep Yourself Up During The Day So That You Can Start Sleeping At Night?

I've been having main sleeping problems, i stay up all night and next at 5 a.m. i work out on my treadmill, have breakfest and by 11/12 im fast asleep and i rouse up at the crazy hour of 7 ??? this is not only messing up my diet but im barely doing any movement and i know this could front to eventual weight gain...please i need to adjust my sleeping cut-out, how can i keep myself up during the day?

I'm 16 years mature...its the summer holiday...

Answers:    Only allow yourself a small nap in the afternoon, one or two hours, next force yourself up again. With any luck you'll still be tired enough to go hindmost to sleep in the evening.
