I don't know about fun, but an EASY exercise is just honest and consistent walking. Get yourself a pedometer... sportline 340s are cheap on Amazon.com.
Make it your goal to get within at least 10,000 steps a day, you may hold to work up to it. But, it's easily doable, both from an effort and timewise. I'm a busy doctor and I do the pedometer point, too... I average 20,000 steps a day. You WILL lose weight. Gradually, but you'll lose shipment, so long as you don't spend all your steps walking over to McDonald's and such. <lol>

link a sport with friends. dont spend all your time at home one a vegetable. try and buy foods that are healthier so you wont have fatty foods to tempt you. move about hiking, bike riding, swimming, walking, anything of the sort that words best for you.Girls..back me please! im so anxious!?
