How long to see improvements?
If i were to still chomp through A BIT of junk food would it not go?

Answers: -Run everyday for at least 30 minutes. (can start near walking breaks and work your way up)
-The morning is best if you have enough time, save its okay
- DO: Eat lots of veggies, fibre, whole/multi grains and protein
- DON'T: eat simply carbs approaching sugars, white bread, fatty/greasy foods, don't over eat
- stop eating after 8 at night (if you move about to bed at midnight)
- improvements should show after 2 months
- junk food once a week such as chips or a chocolate bar is acceptable, you own to reward yourself! Source(s): experience. i used to be flabby and i've lost 15 pounds in 5-6 months doing all of this. no more flab!
DO you contemplate I'm going to stay...
I would recommend Pilates.Try to apply the basic principle on your each day life - keep the abdominal muscles tightened as you do your daily undertaking. In time they will strenghten.
