you do bleed a little bit within the shower but not a lot because the water is running and it may give the impression of being like less because when your wipe is on it captures the blood so it looks like profoundly. You do, you just don't notice it because beside you are washing and water is running over your 'area' and it is getting adjectives your peirod before it become noticeable.
