I had my period as ordinary i lasted 5 days as normal consequently a week later i had really impossible cramp pains then i came on again and last for 2 days i have stopped bleeding now but hold still got really bad cramp what can be wrong near me PLEASE HELP???

Answers:    This is pretty normal,i hear about this problem lots!:)
don't freak out,freshly wait for it to regulate,its nothing discouraging and cramps are extremely normal too!almost everyone gets them sometime during their spell!the cramps can last,just give somebody a lift a pain killer and lye down if you can!
one article you don't need is stress as this may make the interval more unregulated!

i know that having time of year pains are normal but after your period have finnished and the cramps are still on you should have some pain killer or go to the doctors take aid on that situation :o) ask a female doctor.
