Does it really matter what the vulva looks like? I run across a cosmetic procedure online- the doc was talking roughly speaking "unappealing vulvas." Is it ugly if a woman have puffy lips? or a big clit? or hanging chops? What about colour? Does pink really matter? I newly want to know I'm getting a little insecure if there's a cosmetic procedure for something like this... not a soul has ever said anything about mine.

No hun it doesn't situation...cosmetic surgery seems to exist for everything that people aren't comfortable just about and sometimes it is plain ridiculous.
