Answers: Well i have the same problem and I try to buy mederma to embezzle the severity out of scars, but sometimes that doesn't work. umm you can buy acne cream (for your face), and I know that you said without buying stuff, but you kinda enjoy to! hope I helped!! :).
The best thing you can do is to curtail whatever it is that is irritating your skin. I suggest looking at the fabric of your clothes and panties, anything synthetic is more likely to cause irritation. Also check out what sort of detergent you are using, this may also be irritating your skin.
When you wear synthetics or enjoy harsh chemicals on your clothes then you sit, your butt essentially gets ground against these irritating substances and because that is somewhat tender skin, it makes it break out.
If you are wearing tight clothing, this could also be the hair follicles of your skin getting irritated and infected, so you might want to consider wearing looser clothing and seeing if that help.
As with any body issue, eating glowing foods, drinking plenty of clean plain water, keeping yourself verbs, exersizing and getting enough sleep will also be factors.
For scarring, I would read out it will just take time to fade the scar - also, the diet/body issues I mentioned above will help your body to heal faster.. There are adjectives sorts of things that claim to reduce scarring, but I haven't seen much credible evidence of this..
Clearasil, pick the blue shiny box or Oxycerin to help out your acne. For $20 it is a full system, face wash, toner, and lotion next to a bonus spot treatment. It works great! Try using lavendar essential oil. Avoid sugar and fried foods. Also, get a clorine filter for your shower and dust your face in the shower instead of the sink when possible. Chlorine tend to irritate the skin. i don't know how to get rid of pimples without buying stuff. i be set to, nothing ever worked for me until i went surrounded by to the doctors and i started taking birth control. that helped SO much. they have some other things at the store if that works.

Any acne stuff will do, and I don't deduce you'll need to get rid of scar unless you expect someone to look at your butt. Use the same stuff you would if they were on your frontage..
Exfoliate!
