My dads best friend is a OBGYN and he told me to bring Midol and if it continues to go to his offce to take a look and see if he can see anything. My boss also hurts and I told my dad and I think he is going to make an appointment. What should I expect? I really have need of to know.

Menstrual cycle Problem?

Im guessing you are going to get your period soon. The same piece happened to me before I get mine, and it sucks! I know! I dont think you need your dads friend to whip a look up there unless the pains continue for longer. I would do as the doctor say and just take Midol.

:)

Clevage cross-examine?

economically, if its your first time going to an OBGYN i would go see a women instead of a man, cause if u know him, that would be a tad bit akward.but i believe you should take a midol. worst case scenario, you hold to go to a man. no harm, no foul

This is probably in recent times your body getting ready to have your spell. These changes do happen leisurely not just all at once. Relax and wallow in life.

Is this a stress or menstrual-related headache?

Although girls can start their period at 11 or 12, not everyone does. If you hold started to grow breasts, and under arm and pubic hair, afterwards it is possible the cycle of cramps and headache are hormonal- your body getting ready to have your extent.
But it can also be several other things. Migrains, neck strain, foods that don't agree with you, stress.
A smart item to do is to keep track of the cramps and headaches, writing down when they happen- date and stuff, and also write down what you are eating or doing that day. This help you figure out if they are related to anything else, like a specific food, or if they are more or smaller quantity once a month.
Not everyone is regular right away though.
Rarely, very rarely some girls are born next to a full hymen that seals their vagina shut, so they have a peroid, but nil comes out. This is very very drastically rare, and a quick look by a nurse or OBGYN will update you if this is possible or not for you.
And without being rude, if anything have ever gone up there, then this is vastly unlikely :), the seal would have be broken.

Your first OBGYN exam can be scary. In general you are put on a table partly on your back and half sitting within a special peice of equipement that you rest your feet in. A (small) speculum is inserted surrounded by your vagina so the doctor can look. Sometimes swabs are taken. Sometimes you will be shown how to examine your breasts.

Many women insist on a female nurse being present when they are examined by a mannish OBGYN. Conbsidering your age, I would ask that you insist on it! It helps to know another women is right there to have a chat you through the proceedure.
