Ever since my first pregnancy i enjoy plentifully if discharge does anybody know why?
I don't know, I have that, but didn't really do ab exercises. I think some ancestors are more naturally muscular than others. DOing crunches 4 days a week with breaks will do it. Increase reps as you achieve better. You NEED time for you abs to get stronger. that happens the subsequent day usually after you do exercises. It's not when you do the exercise. You must also breath right. Do your own independent research also.girl u do not have abs. i see the pic. ur stomach may be somewhat flat but u don't have abs. I'd say lay down and place ur foot together. place ur hands under your butt and heave both feet in the atmosphere without bending ur knees until you make ur body do a 90 scope angle. and then put them back down, repeat etc. that will serve A LOT
The question is what kind of crunches are you doing? Straightforward abdominal crunches are not going to form those obliques that put together the "v" you want. A trainer can show you the correct form, but for the "v" you have to crunch from side to side (i.e. elbow to the opposite knee).
Full body counterweight training. That's the best way to get them. nice abs are achieve not only by having strong ones but more importantly by uncovering them.
In other words, you have need of to reduce the percentage of body fat on your body by increasing muscle mass.
I own a date tomorrow, but i enjoy my length. give support to?!?
