Answers: im not sure how old you r but anyways put panty liner on while ur on vacation so then atleast ur covered and ok if you capture it while out somewhere. ask ur mom if you can get tampons they cant hurt you as long as you follow what the box says. you can wear them for up to 8 hrs. they are the best article especially when on vacation. do not wear a pad into a pool you will regret it. birth control is iffy it can regulate ur spell but sometimes might not if you have a lady dr. enjoy them talk to ur mom about the pro of birth control and stuff. if i be you i would just buy some tampons and take them whats the worst your mom could do besides be a ltl upset. do and use doesn`t matter what makes you comfortable..
Its either tampons or no river sports. Your period will not ruin your vacation (I've be on a Caribbean cruise with it and had a blast because of tampons, I love them!).
Sneak a tampon contained by, IF you have your period. Why are you prohibited to use them? I've used them since age 11 and I'm 34 now and prefer them over pads.
You'll any have to use a tampon, or only put your foot into the water.

there is zilch you really can do if you get it just try to work next to it try wearing pads or if you can't do that try toilet paper surrounded by place of it since you can't use tampons and pray that you don't get your period.
