Excercises that work for love handle? A bit of bathing suit trouble.?
It's really not that much, but I can't stand it. I see girls all the time with much more slack over than that, but it disgusts me and I don't want to end up like them.
Is in attendance exercise I can do that will quickly shrink my sides? Or that I can get my bathing suit bottoms altered so that they aren't as tight surrounded by that area?
Answers: omg! there is a move contained by palites that i think can help i enjoy been doing it for a few days and the side part a short time ago above my hips is smaller, lay on your side , say left side lay on your vanished arm streached out with the palm facing the celing, put your right palm on the floor near the bottom of your ribs legs sreached out move up them off the floor, you will use yor side ab muceles near the hip you should get the impression the tightness do them slow , keep the legs together tightly trying to squeze the knee s together and the ankles together, to receive it tougher put a foam pad, pillow or small cushie ball between your legs to construct it harder when you sqeeze, be sure you dont tip your hips backwards if you got to tilt them forward a bit try to to it 10x and do 3 sets of 10 on each side, and also when you do 10 on 1 side switch sides and do it on the other. oh and point your toes while you do it! you can up how various you do of them if you dont get sore, they dont make me sore, i get 3 palaties vdvds from the dollar tree i n my town i have beginer, intermediate and advanced. check that store and try to find the palaties dvds they are great and just a $1, it beat paying 40 or more to order them on the tv
