Answers:    who really know.sometimes when you're under a lot of stress or possibly even depressed, it messes with your menstrual cycle. also if you're on any kind of birth control and haven't kept it prompt down to the T, that could be a factor too. otherwise...its nothing to worry roughly speaking.I'm in my mid 20's and started mine when I was 14, and its other thrown me for surprises...so no worries.
