i noticed that on the box it says store below 25 degree but in all my four years ive only just kept them beside my bed or in a draw beside my bed, and i live in austral where on earth its pretty hot and normally over 25 degrees. however, this week its be pretty cold, and i used the heater about 4 night for an hour each time to heat up the room.I'm not staying surrounded by my normal room and i realised the box with my pill within it is rigth beside the heater! they've been heat up every day.naturally ive removed them from tht nouns now, but could they have become ineffective? motionless? no more than sugar? should i throw them out and get new ones? seem like a total waste of $30 but, please communicate me, thankyou.

I would call the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. They keep the most up to date info on products. It may be a spend of $30 bucks to throw them away and get new ones, but a tot costs a lot more than that!
