Does anyone know how you can harmonize your hormones beside herb at home??

The nurse at the health department said my hormones were not hanging and that is why I had not have a period for 13 weeks and why I kept getting a negative home pregnancy oral exam. So I am wondering if there is anyway to balance your hormones at home beside vitamins or herbs instead of paying for a bunch of expensive medication?

It depends on what hormones. You can avoid soy products to help relaxing the estrogen, and buy natural progesterone cream to help boost your progesterone. Sleeping impulsive and avoiding caffeine will help lower cortisol. You can take DHEA (but shouldn't unless you've have a blood test)
It's hard to say minus knowing which hormones you have a problem with.
But if you're beneath 40 I'd start with progesterone cream.
