Just be honest and tell your doctor for what reason(s) you would resembling to get it...But, once you start to become sexually active you will call for to go in for a physical/pap at lowest possible once a year...depending on how many sexual partners you enjoy. They will usually give you a blood try-out before you start the pill (usually to make sure your not pregnant) and they also cart your weight and blood pressure (which they will do every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on where you live).
Also if you hold a family history of blood clots etc they will blood test you for that as the pill can result in blood clots if it runs in your family.

It's possible to get birth control lacking a physical exam. Some doctors don't do it especially if you're not sexually active. (Mention that you want bc for cramps though, not birth control - they may have better suggestions. Some citizens find they still get cramps.) Also if you've already had an exam not long then they might not do it.

No, you won't need a full physical for birth control pills but the doc may do a blood trial or something to make sure there will be no problems. In some places you don't even requirement that.
