Do vitamins make you gain weight? what can i take to make no not so sleepy, i'm 41, working 40plus hours



Answers:    vitamins wont make you gain weight (at least from my experince), they will also make you feel more energetic to counter act your lack of sleep. But unfortunatley there is no substitute for a good nights sleep. .
vitamins if anything help you lose weight because they can he;p tp speed up metabolism if you are deficient in anything. get a good multivitamin qith ginsing in it, this helps with energy i took for a month and felt the difference. Go on a vegetarian diet and cut out the junk food and sugary drinks. It's a pain in the butt to eat so healthy, but you will see a big difference with your energy in a couple weeks.
