Hi all! Do any of you know any good intuitive remedies for menstrual cramps? I took Midol so I cant take any more meds like Advil so Im looking for pure things! Thanks! (gosh darn cramps!)

I merely came home early from college because my cramps were so terrible. I take HORRIBLE cramps that usually bring tears. Midol has acetaminophen in it, so taking ibuprofen is not dangerous. My doctor told me to try taking ibuprofen regularly a few days before I'm scheduled to start, and afterwards add acetaminophen if I need to. It seem to help a lot until I missed them this morning =[. If they gain bad, and I haven't been competent to prevent them, I take 2 Ibuprofen and 2 acetaminophen and then sit surrounded by our shower with the sprayer and just permit hot water run over my stomach and back. I surface your pain (literally). Good luck!
