Could you lose your thighs and gut by walking?

im trying to power walk an hour a day
and still TRYING to put away right.
someone told me you don't lose thigh weigh.
and you do lose abb's.
but i dont feel it in both.

Answers:    You can't target one nouns of your body to lose weight, but anything that gets your heart pumping can serve you burn calories and eventually lose weight so power walking is excellent. Which parts it comes off your body first though depends on your genes.
