Can you please aid next to my bra problem?
My bust is 29 inches.
Do I need to wear a bra?
Right now I lately wear camisoles with the built in bra for support...and to cover, ya know.
Or I wear a sports bra.
Is that abnormal?
What did you wear when you were 14?
Answers: i started wearing real bras when i be like 11-12. now i wear pad ones and i'm around your age. but it's different. if you don't want to you don't need to.
my friends started to wear bras so i started too. but some girls in my class still doesn't hold one and doesn't need one. .
I'm 13 and I prefer to wear a bra. I started wearing a bra when I was 10. I wear a 34a. When I started wearing bras I wore a knit sports bra. My mom took me to Gap Body. The relatives at those kind of stores can help you find the style and cup or size i.e. comfortable to you. Now I just get my bras at Target lol.
I expect you should start wearing a bra but it is really up to you and what feels comfortable to you. It's not weird wearing a sports bra I started wearing pad bras like a year ago..
Yes you should wear a bra. Don't worry it is jammy to find a bra that fits and is comfortable. In my past experience under cable isn't the most comforting. You can wear sports bras when you work out, it is more comforting than regular bras although does not work as good, it also gives you for a time bit of support rather than no bra. You left out two considerable measurements--distance around your body, just below your bust and your comfort level
Bras are measured surrounded by the difference between your bust in inches and your chest in inches. A = 1" difference, B = 2" difference, etc, etc.
if you can fit into a B or even an A, you should probably wear a bra. If you don't, it's up to you. Wear what feel right. Bras are nice because they keep you covered and add a bit extra protection.
I was in a C by the time I be 14, so I didn't have much choice..
Wearing a bra... It is totally up to you. What ever you feel most comfortable near is what you should would wear. If you feel more comfortable with out a bra afterwards you dont need to wear one if you don't want to. This decision is up to you. Which ever you prefer. I am not 14 however but I have been wearing a bra since I be 8. lol I have some experience though. So don't worry around wearing one if you don't want to. Lots of older women with smaller busts don't wear a bra unless they completely need to. If you're comfortable wearing what you're wearing now, hold doing it. If you are feeling any kind of aching in your breasts or back later you'll probably want to start looking at bras.
I'm a firm 36C and I much prefer camisole bra-tops to ral bras, but I know a lot of people beside smaller breasts that need the support of a real one. It adjectives depends on your size and how you carry yourself..
Get a tape index and measure right under your bust. That is the bra size, afterwards measure across the bust at widest part. That is the cup size. If it measures +1 it's an A cup, if it's +2 it's a B cup etc. I contemplate you should stay with what you are doing unless there's jiggling afterwards it's time to get a bra. it think you should buy a lightely pad bra. im also 14, almost 15 and i even wear a push up bra. i mean i could go short a bra if i wanted to but its better to wear one for support. i've been wearing insubstantially padded bras since 6th grade and sports bras since 4th and im singular an a cup :)
hope this helped<3..
I wore a bra at 11. But everyone is different. But most of my friends all wore bras at 11 if they needed them or not. If you run and exercise and stuff and feel close to you're hurting or moving around to much them buy one. Or if you want your breasts to look better shaped you should wear one. If you're 14, buy one yes wear a small bra either with no insulation or very little. jcpenney is a good place to budge to get sized and they will show you all your option. when i was 14 thats where my mom took me. next it helped me find the type of bra and the style i liked. trust me the women surrounded by the lingerie department are there to help near ALL that. any department store will.
i started to wear a bra in 4th grade, so i'm not much help out on when you should start wearing one. but i guess i can try... Bras can go as small as Triple A, so i'm sure you can find one that fits you perfectly. I would start wearing one, though. Well, i started wearing bras when i be 10 or 11, so i think you should be ready. Do you own a mom, aunt, grandma, older sister, or close friends mom who could take you bra shopping? It is time sweetie. .
But what cup.. If your solely an a or b, dont worry about it, but you can other go into your local victoria secrets or la senza and get hold of measured, then they can give you a unflawed fit bra:) You'll feel whether you need a bra or not.
I started need one when I was 12, but it really just depends on, ya know, whether it's jiggle or not.
haha...
.
heh if the difference between your underbust and bust is 1 inch or more you should wear a "real" bra
If not, trainer bras or bras without cups are fine im 14 and i wear a padded bra. I suggest you get hold of one too because ive been wearing one since i was close to 12. hope this helps! =).
its ok to wear a sports bra cuz i wear um to they feel better than a legitimate bra i like it do care what poeple read out do what u want:) Well you aren't quite big enough for a bra-bra but a sports bra sounds good---they're really comfortable too! Good Luck!!.
You should wear a bra. Just buy bras that don't enjoy any under-wire. You should wear a bra.
