my friend have a hysterectomy last year,and joined shipment watchers after she recovered.she looks amazing,like she did in college!u can do it!she inspired me to lose,and i enjoy lost a lot,too.and i have have one ovary removed.both she and i are about what we weighed surrounded by college.it took energy,smaller portion size and lots of excercise and commitment,but we both went from shopping contained by the "womens" section to the "misses" section!!
