Can u please lend a hand me out of why i am sleeping so darn much!

I sleep from about 11pm tell 7am. Then i rob a 2 hour nap during the day. That is to much sleep for me. Usually i single sleep 7 hours a night!

ok i have a thyroid problem but im on meds for that and i dont reason that could be it

Right now my period is over a week behind time! It should of came on july 28. I dont think im pregnant effect my tubes are tied. I thought mabye it could be cause my period is coming but i hold been sleeping alot the past 2 weeks i would say-so.

I dont think i have an iron problem any cause i have be eating beef lately.

These are the 3 things it could be thats making me tired. What else would cause me to sleep so darn much? I am going to shift into the dr soon but im trying to figure out of what the problem is first!


Answers:    i find after you take a sleep one day your body gets in step to it and wants it everyday. are u tired or maybe of late bored? try going on a brisk walk even if u feel really tired. recurrently getting more oxygen gives u more energy.
You could be depressed. This commonly causes you to sleep more and have smaller quantity energy. To be on the safe side, I'd thieve women's vitamins every day. Also, just because your tubes are tied doesn't plan you won't get a period. The singular way you won't get a time is if you've already gone through menopause or you've had a hysterectomy. You're growing. :D

well mabey you been on ur foot for a long time and mabey ur busy when your active alot u get tired after approaching 3 hours trust me i always have this mode of problem when ever i have to do alot of stuff and stand on my feet
