I personally have smooth round moderate profile saline breast. My dr placed them lower than the muscle. Your dr should help you make a result based on what you want your end results to be resembling. I didnt want to be obvious that I had simulated boobs. A good dr will be able to look at your body type and help out more on the shape and size. I have yet to hold anyone figure out that they are fake. Mine move and discern just like my aged breast did. My incision is under my breast, so I can only speak on the spasm I had via that way. I am sure that the distress is a little different if you go through the nipple or armpit. The first 2 days my chest be tight like an elephant. Once that was over I didnt hold too much pain as long as I didn't lift my arms too high-ranking or move quickly. Also note it is thorny to wipe when you go to the bathroom for the first few days. I was moving around fine the subsequent week after surgery. I only needed help closing the door ( the pulling on the fiddle with was very painful) and putting my form belt on in the car, that part of a set lasted several weeks. As far as my boobs being cold I don't perceive a difference. I have all of my notion back in my boobs again and it have been a year and a half. Best of luck to you. 1. It feel cold inside your boobs all the time. (seriously, they all told me that)
2. It is tender, they all say for the first 3-6 weeks it be like an elephant sitting on their chest.
3. Tear drop looks more natural.
4. Most of my friends regret it but not adjectives of them
5. Under muscle implants look more natural but profusely more painful.
