I went for a run last hours of darkness after my kids were in bed and when I get home I noticed I was bleeding a bit (spotting). Today I'm still spotting...It's not greatly, but I've never had this after running??
And no I'm not pregnant. Also, I had my term about 2 weeks ago, so it's not anything close to that. This blood is brighter red.

To be honest, i don't really know what it could be. You could just simply be producing to much adrenaline or something and this could be causing your uterus to bleed unnecessarily. Visit your GP for direction.

It could just be hormones if you're on BC pills but im worried that it might be an ovarian cyst that be irratated during your run and started bleeding.
