I am so fed up of this pain!!. Over 2 weeks ago I completed up in ER due to abdominal pain lower RHS, eventually have a Lap that found more Endo and it was again removed (I had be diagnosed with this before later Nov). My appendix looked normal when they checked it during the Lap and all scan showed normal too for appendicitis. At first it was thought I did hold acute appendicitis and my GP thought this too. Now 1 1/2 weeks out of surgery i am getting such pain again for the last 6 hours - started mid tummy now again is lower RHS, I want to cry but am at work!. This pain ultimate time went on for a week before surgery. I meditate I am on day 11 of my cycle (its a bit screwed up due to surgery). Thing is I am missing my right tube and ovary (confirmed during Lap). I am so fed up and cannot believe this is Ovulation spasm only?. I have an appetite - my stomach grumbles but i get the impression sick and feel hot. My RHS is very tender when pressing on it but pushing on it and letting move about does not leave me in agony similar to I read it may with appendicitis. I do not want to go down the ER again and they read aloud like with most women that its Gyno related but again!. Endo surely would not be back in beneath 2 weeks but I am so confussed whats happening here!. And no i am not pregnant either!.

Answers:    WOW, adjectives this stress can be causing you gastric problems, try taking something for reflux and gas and see if it helps peaceful down that area, I know stress can really get confused for greatly of things.. it happen to my teenager we thought she be having appendicitis or gallbladder or even heart attack from her pain surrounded by her chest and pressure and her lower tummy pains, it was all reflux and gas, own them give you a barium cocktail next trip to the dr. if that stops your dull pain you know a lot has to do next to the stress from all your other issues! i had appendicitis it sucks. i be throwing up a lot though. 20 times in sooner or later. sorry i can't really offer any more help. I'm not sure what to speak about you. Check this site out, however. There are a lot of women who have deal with endometriosis there who may hold had similar symptoms.
