What form of Birth Control?
I used to be on orthtricyclenlo more or less a year ago and it gave me horrible brown spots on my upper lip due to human being in the sun (I even wore sunscreen 24/7 while one outside and it still happend). I got bad of birth control after that. Now, I've decided to procure back on birthcontrol and considered necessary some advice formerly I went to my obgyn.
If anyone have the same approaching symptoms (brown spots on their face from birth control) or know anything more or less birth control, the causes of brown spots and if you can stop them from up while on birth control... advice would be productive!
Thank you for your time! :)
Answers: My main suggestion would to not draw from back on Ortho-Tricyclen. That unusual birth control is known to produce some of the worst side effects of the pills available. I recommend Yaz or Yasmin, both are better, and fluctuate your hormones smaller amount.
Use Skin products with Hydroquinone surrounded by it. Its a skin lightener.
Use that with a on a daily basis Skin Toner.
That should Help alittle. ^^
Hi!
If you have have a child already I would suggest an IUD, either the Mirena(good for 5 years) or the copper one(good for 10 years). I couldn't be on any hormonal birth control, and I am married, so if you are within a monogomous relationship it would be a great idea. In olden times, I have used the Evra patch which is a hormonal birth control patch that you wear for a week at a time. I notice my periods be lighter which was convenient.
Right presently I am on an IUD which stands for intrauterine device. Basically it is a t-shaped piece of plastic with copper, or plastic and hormones, that a doctor inserts into your uterus. If you are sexually helpful and monogamous, it is a great option since they are well-mannered for up to five years and you don't have to verbs about it! However, period are heavier with the IUD. I considered necessary to get away from count extra hormones to my body so the copper IUD has be a great and affordable option for me.
Good luck!
