Maybe (and just maybe), if the first day resulted contained by conception (right in the middle of her cycle) there is an outside break a doctor's blood test could see a slightly elevated level of hCG (human chorionic gondotropin) which is what they are looking for within a pregnancy test. Not likely, but perchance. Any other point in her cycle and 5 days is WAY too early.

Wait until her time was due and then embezzle a home pregnancy test.
