Period relief?
Answers: I'd combine some of the other suggestions. Relax before going out if you enjoy time (take a bath or a nap), and go and get dressed up nicely - I other feel better when I look appropriate. Take some ibuprofin or Midol for the cramps, and maybe pick up one of those disposable heat pads you can stick to your underwear. Those things are great!
When you see your boyfriend, tip off him that you're feeling moody today so he know not to take it one-sidedly. And then do what I other have to do...if you find yourself getting snippy over something, ask yourself if it's meaningful that you say what you be thinking. Usually it's not, so don't get into an argument over something you don't even comfort about.
Good luck and hold a great date!
get on birth control..it really help! I get like way. Just bring a warm hip bath. You will feel so much better.
I agree beside the 1st answer. Birth control can help. Maybe try the over the counter pms pills advil and chocolate works small wonders.
natter to him before and explain to him what is going on so he knows you are not really a *. If you are really doomed to failure stay in and do something fun at home.
pms is when most girls become moody. but during menstral, you become stressed, and beside the cramps, OUCH! i bet anyone could be a b*h . i can tell you that for your cramps, put bake on your stomache. (heating pad) and at almost any drug store you can buy some medicing especially for cramps. just try to own a good time. and if you find yourself becomeing moody, consequently just travel to the restroom and cool off. dutiful luck! I am on birth control and sometimes it helps. Dont a moment ago get on it to control your moods. I still bring into my "moods". I feel different. Just relax and purloin some pain relivers for the cramps (cramps take home me moody anyway).
I had PMDD, a form of PMS explicitly severe. I never was diagnosed but my sister be & we shared the same symptoms. I looked-for to smash things & flew into uncontrollable rage on a whim... it's adjectives hormonal & the pill is one option. Ask your OBGYN nearly your symptoms & if "PROGESTERONE" could help you. ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DOCTOR. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE . GET ONE!
For menstrual cramps transport 2 ADVIL ! BEFORE! you start to feel any niggle... that way it can't settle within. Also, mild exercising is good to alleviate those pesky cramps... Don't only roll into a ball & lay near... Like the song says... WALK IT OUT.
GOOD LUCK!
okay when you think your gonna turn off hold a deep breath and way of walking away I find that taking B6 in any a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex is amazingly helpful to the mood issues next to my periods.
I would recommend checking next to your doctor as well to see what they vote.
I totally agree with adjectives these answers, heat, hip bath, birth control and there might be other option out there
