Early interval? women solely..?

im 17 and have be getting my period for in the region of 6 years now so its moderately normal. i save a calender to see when its supposed to come next and usually it starts surrounded by the end of respectively month. however, this month i drastically changed my diet..and started excersizing more than regular and have gotten my time about 10 days before than expected. my question is..does diet and excersize change have anything to do next to the menstrual cycle? could it be the reason my length started earlier this month? serious answers solitary..please and thank you :)
p.s i am not sexually active or on any birth control

Answers:    Diet and exercise hold a HUGE impact on your menstrual cycle. It's the same common sense why anorexic women stop their cycle altogether. You are not in any threat as long as you still get your time. Just continue to preserve track of it and be careful not to over-diet. Keep taking within enough calories a time while continuing to exercise and you will be fine. No worries!
yeah it does, that has happen to me a lot! dont verbs.. Yes, over excerising and change contained by diet do affect your period. If you're time stops, then you are over exercising and you're contained by risk of death. Also, solidity change, whether up or down, affects your time too.

Your cycle is controlled by horomones, and all the above factor can change/alter your body, or your bodies reactions.
Trying to own a stable routine of diet and exercise should put the cycle back on course once your body adjust, but I would continue to monitor it, and see my doctor if it seem to be a real concern.
You are completely mundane! When I joined the Varsity track squad in illustrious school my term went crazy! It started hasty, then stopped a few days after started again. The same thing also happen when I went through Basic Training for the heavens force. I think it happen to most women. Just as long as you are eating forceful and not over exercising you will be good to walk! Yes! Diet and exercise can change the date of your spell. Also stress, and other factors can affect your cycle. Not one and only can it change the date of your extent, but it can also, change whether or not it's starchy or light. Don't verbs your just fine.
