HEALTH CONCERN i dont know how serious??
all right, for abot a month or perhaps for a while bit longer i have be getting tension headache, i think they are anyway. they usually acquire triggered when i look at screens, or lights, loud noise, and sometimes i feel unpromising because my baby screaming can be so bothersome. but staying home usually is better for me or taking a hoof it, eating or a hot shower support too.
and then 2 different times at work i feel bad for a short time bit. a few days ago i got pretty woozy feeling, but it go away. but today, i got a sharp twinge in my chest below my right breast nouns. my boyfriend said it was probably from my breasts human being engorged from the breastmilk. i dont know though. it really scared me.
i also thought i might own an anxiety disorder because i'm always finding things that verbs me health perceptive. any advice or conclusion? thankfulness!
Answers: same things happen to me...and its anxiety (for me anyways) merely find ways to calm down and breath and win to a quiet place and dont meditate and worry.
sounds as though you wallow in being sick You could enjoy anxiety attack, sometimes new mom will hold it. caused by stress, because your situation is varying from single to parent. People will have to adjust to this condition, and will requirement time.
What you have to do is try to relax and recitation your self to be more patient everytime you hear babe crying or screaming.
Pain can caused from the stress, but it will dissapear if you are serene down.
Don't worry in the region of it, maybe it will be flawless for you to find some help if this symptom keep at it.
Can ask your mom to help and coach you how to take supervision a baby. Also can ask her to run care of her for 1 daytime a week, so you can have a hours of daylight free, and try to spoil your self like going to squeeze, shopping etc
