Also, sometimes my put money on hurts as well...but that might be contributed to by my awfully heave backpack. =]
My diet hasn't changed much. But, since the origination of 2008 I have eat very little second-hand goods food, and I only use life reduced fat milk and soymilk.

Any back is appreciated...and thanks! Sorry it's long!
Answers: IBS is a possibility, but usually the headache and discomfort is in the lower belly, where the colon is. Is the twinge in your lower belly, or right under your ribcage, where on earth the stomach is?
If the pain is within the stomach, it could be an acid indigestion issue or other stomach problem. Have you a short time ago recently started drinking soy milk? Soy can raison d`??tre some bloating and indigestion in some inhabitants.
I would see if you can get to a doctor, to be on the locked side. They could rule out certain problems resembling ulcers, which could contribute to stomach discomfort.
**I'm apt to think that your backache might be related to your backpack, too. Have you tried getting a shoulder bag, similar to a messenger style, instead of a regular backpack? If it gets worse, conspicuously tell your doctor nearly that, too.
If the pain is around your belly button, I would tend to cogitate it's your stomach, too. The only route to find out for sure is to check with a doctor, but it sounds resembling an acid indigestion problem, seeing how it happen after you eat. In the meantime, you could try taking some Zantac or Pepcid earlier you eat to cut down on the acerbic you produce.
um wow myb u should consult a doctor It depends. The hurt back make me wonder if it's a urinary tract infection. Does it hurt when you urinate?
