And also, this sounds mad crazy and unexpected but if you stretch out your toes as far as you can for ten seconds afterwards ball them into toe fists as tight as you can for ten second, and do that three times, it helps. At lesat for me, and other individuals I know.

Use a vibrating heat pad. SOFTHEAT make great pads! Also run an advil and a hot bath. Masybe you only just have a yeast infection? For a snigger look on youtube for Tyra Bank's secrets for impossible cramps! LOL use a heated pad or a reheat towel along with some Tylenol or advil. that should relief the pain =)
