Exersize backing girls simply!?


ok well i am on my second sunshine of my period and i hold cramps and im kinda tired but i really want to exerrsize
i am getting a lot of those clot things so i dont want to use a tampon is in attendance anything i can do at home to exersize??


Answers:    Its better during your period to run it easy because your body is going through so various changes.You burn 10% more calories when you are on your spell but if you insist on exercising then pinch a walk outside.I really wouldnt reccomend straining yourself on your spell though especially if you are clotting.You gotta take perfectionism of yourself.Be nice to yourself!
Well, try lying on a waterbottle for a while, should get rid of adjectives the pain etc. And possibly produce you feel for a while more energetic. But, in that are ways of exercising that doesn't involve running and stuff, do sit-ups, or press ups (: Yeah, do you have any pilates video? Thats just stretching and some mild aerobic exercises...it does wonders. If not, you could other take a step...walking is the best way to exercise :)
when i am on my interval i find excersizing helps to make smaller the cramping. walking jogging and muted stretching work the best for me..but that is only me
