Have any of you be legitimate depressed? Sad? What worked for you? I dont' want to run a pill.?



Answers:    Here are some ideas that relieve me when I am feeling down:
Go outside for a totter.
Get some sunshine or go to a tanning salon.
Exercise plentifully, get within shape.
Eat well floating meals.
Take vitamins. (a multi, calcium near magnesium, fish oil, acidophilus, and vitamin d)
Do some volunteer work and hang on to busy.
Organize, de-clutter and clean.
These are newly a few, maybe you can come up beside some of your own too. I hope you feel better soon!
I attain out of the house and get some fresh nouns. I'll go for a meander or talk to someone. I would recommend getting counseling. You deserve to be content and at peace. No one ever said energy was unproblematic...but depression is a slippery slope. If you have be depressed for longer than a few weeks then you might inevitability some low dose medicine to return with your seratonin levels put money on on track. I would suggest Lexapro. I'm on a low dose of that because I suffered a miscarriage. It really did help a touch bit. I still get depressed if I sit inside and avoid the world. That's why it is so far-reaching to just obtain out of the house and make for a moment human contact. (((hugs))) I hope you feel better soon. I know how firm it is when you're stuck in your OWN prison. We be put on this world to be happy. That is something we are never told is our divine right. The path we perceive the world is going to dictate whether we can be happy or not. If your condition stems from things you can changeover, do so. If your condition has a medical purpose then budge to a doctor and find solutions. Alternative medicine can give a hand as well. Not everything is remedied near a pill. Try meditation, aromatherapy, practice tai chi, homeopathy, holistic medicine, something have to help you. Traditional Western drug does not have adjectives the answers.
Being more optimistic and maybe more spiritual can help profusely.
