i'm a very athletic personage. i currently play soccer & exercize on a daily spring, but i'm not happy next to myself. i gain weight effortlessly & have to exercize constantly to hold on to my weight down.
i would approaching to know some fast & in good health ways to lose at least 10 lbs contained by the next week or so.
i'm a vastly picky eater & don't like exceptionally many vegitables (except for corn). i know i should guzzle healthier, but i don't know what foods i should chomp through at what times.

oh btw,
i'm 5'6 & weigh 139.
