I can't get it out of mine any. But just clear up them a bunch at one time and it may come out for take a hot soapy napkin. And rub directly on the spot. It may work. bleach, u scrub the bleach on the blood spot, and then soak it contained by water, and clean up it, my mom does that, and it gets it out, surrounded by less u go away the blood on for awhile it will be harder to get out, but that should help out alot, and u should wear pads or tampons.
uhh why not transmit your mom? she can help you. very well soak it for awhile in marine and wash it next to whatever you can. i found laundry detergent or toothpaste works. I suggest as soon as you see your spell on your underwear when your changing, soak it surrounded by cold water so it will come out right away. Wash your whites near bleach. You can spray bleach on that spot.

first things first! you should report to your mom. or at least your academy nurse, or another female you trust. Peroxide other takes blood out of clothes. but the best article you could do is as soon as you notice the blood give somebody a lift you underwear to the tub or sink and rinse or soak the blood out with cold hose. the cold water will filch most of it out. First wash it out near cold water and soap.. after let it soak for a moment or two bit.. then put some ALL detergent on the spot.. agree to that sit and soak in for a minute. Then throw it contained by the wash.
You can use cold wet mixed with lemon liquid to wash it, or some strong detergents. If it's white undies, don't guardianship about and a moment ago chuck it into the washing domestic device with tonnes of bleach.. =P

Immediately stick it in the sink next to a bunch of laundry detergent right on the spot. I've had two accident just approaching that and it doesn't matter what description you use I don't think ( I use Tide.) But it works correct for me and came out both times. If its a set contained by stain you'll have a bit of a problem. If you've already wash it you're too late. Sorry.
