Please back me take to mean the result of my trans v ultrasound?
Answers: I'm not a doctor, so the only entity I understood is that you're 3 months pregnant. Congratulations!
The most that I can translate for you is this: You're in the region of 10 weeks and 1 day pregnant, and the fetus have a good heartbeat of 166 beat per minute (that's very good). A posterior placenta is located on the backside of your uterus, sort of at the back the baby and closer to your posterior, which is also fine.
If you want more information about it, I'd ask your OB, or see if you can bargain to the technician that preformed the ultrasound.
Oh, and I believe that CRL means crown to rump length, which is the length from the top of the skipper to the bum. In your case, that's 32.3 millimeters. That's how they come up with 10 weeks and 1 year.
When the report says your uterus is enlarged, that's because you're pregnant, and it's impeccably normal. It's going to verbs to enlarge as you progress contained by your pregnancy.
Your uterus is also anteverted, which means it tilts slightly forward, which shouldn't be a problem, any.
I did some googling, and the adnexa of the uterus are the ovaries and Fallopian tubes. When they say "unremarkable", that probably medium that they didn't look at them, so there wasn't anything to remark nearly.
Here's the link that negotiations about the adnexa: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adnexa
The posterior cul de sac is located trailing the uterus. I think duplicate applies to that as far as "unremarkable" goes.
Here's the connection I found for that: http://www.drcook.com/glossary.html
The only sector I'm wondering about is the "small hypoechoic solid mass", as the report say. I would ask about that, for sure.
It's possible that the "mass" is a fibroid...they're adjectives, and benign. Your doctor should be able to confirm this.
