So when I was on pills, if I missed 1 or 2, I'd hold breakthrough bleeding. I'd get my interval a couple days after placebo pills (on Yaz). I've had IUD for 3 weeks and no extent. I didn't take pill morning before insertion...not that that matter, no sex then. Why would IUD (Mirena) wreak me to skip my period??
