How long does it take the depo shot to take away your period?

i have 2 depo shots and i still kinda have a length while i be on the shot but a couple days after i be planned to take my 3rd injection (in which i missed) my period simply go away Does this indicate im preg. or my period in recent times go away bcuz of the shot?
