Pain around vaginal area?

I am 20 years prehistoric and my bf and I hold be together for over a year immediately..
this olden week I hold be have itchy contained by my vaginal nouns. The nouns around it is a moment or two red and sore. It is extremely, extremely sensitive to touch. It even hurts to enjoy sex.
I dont own any discharge, only this spasm and discomfort.
I be reading on yeast infections, urinary tract infections, HIV, and also bacterial infections but none of my symptoms fit the diagnosis exactly.
HIV shows up 3 weeks after you first initiate intercourse next to an infected creature. Yeast infections come beside white milky discharge, urinary tract infections cause you to pee alot and it burns.
I be wondering if anyone else had/have equal symptoms and is within any medication that I can buy probably at WalMart that will relieve this?

Answers:

I enjoy no impression what is wrong beside these stomach problems someone PLEASE comfort!!?

It could still be a yeast infection, the itch is usaully the first sign, even in the past the discharge. The burning could be cause from irritation from scratch yourself. (possibly within your sleep, so your not even aware)
If you have a urinary tract infection the pressure to urinate would be extreme.
And I am not sure of symptoms of hiv.
Try an otc treatment for a yeast infection, you should see signs of nouns contained by a few days, save phone up the doctor.
