Some inexpensive appetite suppressants that work for me are:
1- exercise. after i work out, i find that i'm not too hungry
2- marine. i drink river throughout the light of day and it take up space within my tummy
3- check the label. i read the nutrition information on everything i guzzle. when i see the calorie and podginess content, it make me go over drinking that food (or deeply of that food)
