Actually, the really classy, expensive clothes drape better on a girl beside a small bust, as long as she is pretty lean otherwise as economically. The ones I have a feeling sorry for are those who apparently only just don't own much hormones, and are chubby but small-breasted. But if you are lean, a bust-line above a B cup is going to product you look exaggerated, even artificial. And you won't fit designer clothes beside even a B size. Basically, top fashion fit best on women who don't requirement bras at adjectives.
