I hold done Weight Watchers for awhile in a minute. It is really difficult to explain how the plan works lacking you have the materials (points finder). I can describe you that they no longer foot your points solely on your current shipment. There are oodles things taken into consideration (height, age, hobby plane, etc.). Also, to determine your food points, you look at calories, fiber, and oil. Obviously, the lower of these three things, the lower the point appeal for the food. If you are interested in WW but don't enjoy time for the meeting, try the online plan.

It's a wonderful plan. You can devour any food you want as long as it's surrounded by your points reach for the afternoon.

ADDITION:
To numeral your on a daily basis points allowance:
Female -- 2 points
I don't know your age, so here is the collection:
17-26 = 4 points (plan not reccommended for anyone beneath 17)
27-37 = 3 points
Weight is 130 poinds, use the first 2 digits for 13 points, but you must drop that to 12 as you lose cargo and are surrounded by the 120's.
5'3" = 1 point
Activity Level? If you're a full time student, I am assuming that you mostly sit during the daylight. That would be 0 points.
If you sit occassionally, but in the main stand (I don't know if you work) that would be 1 point.
